Baptist Rehabilitation, located in Germantown, Tennessee, has served spinal cord injury survivors since 1964. Accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) since 2006, in 2103 a number of its facilities received the honor of being accredited for CARF's maximum of three years. It spinal cord and brain injury programs offer interdisciplinary care that encourages providers across specialties to collaborate and innovate. Featuring both inpatient and outpatient care, Baptist Rehabilitation also offers a number of support groups, as well as patient and family advocacy and education, and assistance transitioning from outpatient to inpatient care.
